I’ve spent over 20 years helping athletes, executives, and competitors train smarter and perform better.

 

Hi, I’m Jason Inoue, a personal trainer, performance coach and private martial arts instructor based in Austin, Texas, dedicated to helping high-achieving professionals build strong, capable, and confident bodies.

  • Return-to-Training Specialist:  guiding you back to safe and effective training after injuries and pain

  • BJJ Black Belt with experience in MMA, Boxing, Muay Thai, Judo and Wrestling:  building skills, resilience and confidence on and off the mats. (BJJ and Practical Self Defense)

  • Modern Army Combatives Level 1 & 2 Certified:  part of a small group of civilians who have completed this training with experience teaching combatives at both the Brigade and Unit levels.

  • Personal Trainer and Performance Coach:  creating programs that prioritize long term progress over short term risk

My journey started young, at 12 I built my first home gym, and by 1995, I was competing in powerlifting and Olympic weightlifting to gain a competitive edge on the football field. That same fierce drive and love for growth still fuel my work today.

I hold a degree in Molecular & Cellular Biology from the University of Washington and an MBA in Financial Management, blending science and discipline to deliver real results. Over the past 20 years, I’ve coached entrepreneurs, executives, and athletes in everything from fat loss and muscle gain to mobility, mindset, business strategy and combat performance.

I've lived the journey firsthand, from 205 lbs and 29% body fat to 155 lbs and 12% body fat. I know what it takes to evolve, both physically and mentally. There are no gimmicks or magical pill, just a proven process tailored to your goals and individual needs.
