I’ve spent over 20 years helping athletes, executives, and competitors train smarter and perform better.
Hi, I’m Jason Inoue, a personal trainer, performance coach and private martial arts instructor based in Austin, Texas,
I help athletes and busy professionals build the strongest, healthiest versions of themselves without burnout, injuries, or guesswork.
I combine combat sports experience, biomechanics, functional strength training, and science-backed conditioning to create programs that actually match your lifestyle and goals.

My journey started young, at 12 I built my first home gym, and by 1995, I was competing in powerlifting and Olympic weightlifting to gain a competitive edge on the football field. Over the years I found myself competing in football, baseball, basketball, rugby, wrestling, Crossfit, Powerlifting, Judo, Tae Kwon Do, Jiu Jitsu and MMA. That same fierce drive and love for growth still fuel my work today.
I hold a degree in Molecular & Cellular Biology from the University of Washington and an MBA in Financial Management, blending science and discipline to deliver real results. Over the past 20 years, I’ve coached entrepreneurs, executives, and athletes in everything from fat loss and muscle gain to mobility, mindset, business strategy and combat performance.
